Hotel Partner Policy
This policy outlines the standards and responsibilities for all restaurant partners operating on the Hungry Hub platform.
Food Quality & Hygiene: Partners must ensure that all food items are prepared fresh and comply with local food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., FSSAI standards).
Menu Synchronization: Hotels must maintain an updated digital menu. Prices listed on the Hungry Hub dashboard must match the restaurant's actual pricing, and item availability must be updated in real-time.
Order Fulfillment: Partners are required to acknowledge and accept orders within 5 minutes of notification. Delays in preparation must be communicated through the dashboard to maintain delivery efficiency.
Secure Packaging: Restaurants are responsible for high-quality, tamper-proof packaging to ensure food safety and prevent leakage during transit.
Financial Settlement: Hungry Hub will process payments to the partner after deducting the agreed platform commission. Payouts are settled on a weekly/monthly cycle as per the partner agreement.
