Delivery Partner Policy
This policy governs the conduct and operational requirements for the delivery personnel (Delivery Heroes) associated with Hungry Hub.
Safety Compliance: All delivery partners must follow traffic safety laws and wear appropriate safety gear (e.g., helmets) while on duty.
OTP-Based Verification: To ensure secure delivery, the partner must verify the order by collecting and entering the One-Time Password (OTP) provided by the customer at the time of delivery.
Real-time Tracking: Partners must keep their GPS and mobile data active throughout the delivery process to provide customers with accurate real-time tracking.
Professional Conduct: Delivery partners are expected to maintain professional behavior when interacting with hotel staff and customers.
Food Integrity: Tampering with the food package is strictly prohibited. Any reported case of package violation will lead to immediate account suspension and investigation.
Device Maintenance: Partners are responsible for maintaining a functional smartphone with the Hungry Hub Delivery App installed to receive and manage delivery tasks.
